Just finished my week 4 challenge.
Like Tomo said in the instruction video, this one looks simple but is actually pretty hard. Through this practice, I realized that my left hand and right hand didn't work as independent as I had thought, especially in terms of the force they applied.

Day 1

Like, on day 1, when I wanted to play soft, the fretting hand also went loosen and lost the voice. When I wanted to play harder, I also applied too much force on the fretting hand and produced string noises. I only started feeling that I got better control on day 4.

Day 7

Comparing the day 7 & day 1, I've indeed improved a lot. I'd like to thank Mr. Tomo Fujita for setting this wonderful journey for us. I used to be frustrated by my playing since I was more like fighting with it rather than playing it, causing lots of physical pain. Now I feel I'm playing much more comfortably and relaxed, like just embracing my guitar and having fun together. I also found that the same principle can be applied to learning other techniques as well. For example, my barred chords have become much better. It's been a transformative experience.

Now it's time for me to join the final. Looking forward to it :)
