Hi Tomo,
Happy New Year!!! I received a message on this post via email but couldn’t find it in the thread itself. In any case I was wondering if you would care to share your routine with students here as others may find it beneficial. I am also looking to focus on my health this year and would appreciate any guidance or input you are willing to share. Thank you in advance!
“Thanks Johno for your reply!
Besides that funny exercises... I have very specific routine for my body exercises & body stretch exercise.
Be honest, these are much more important than guitar thing! Foundation of foundations!
I do my funny exercises first then I will do my stretching body exercises...
then I do 12 exercises without any heavy weights. Ideally I want to do this everyday!
Only I skip every Saturday.... but mostly I would do these routine everyday.
It will take about 90 minutes all together!
Thank you!
Tomo”

Hi Erik,
Give this exercise guide a go! It's has three different levels and about 10-14 types of routines for each level. I've been working on Level 1 exercises for almost a year. They are challenging and sure give our body a good workout. Note all exercises are bodyweight ones but for some you may need some equipment like a pull up bar or exercise bands.
