So glad we have people like you Jeremy in our group. Yes, I am learning triads but in string pairs and have a metronaunt pick a note and play that Maj and Min in all three voicings.

Can you repost that video link? I’ll try and find it too. Just want to make sure I find the right one. Thanks dude! I have my CAGED chords down in Maj/min triads but feel like I’m just memorizing them🤷‍♂️

Thanks for posting this. I like "Just two shapes". Sometimes in trying to practice one wants to 'get it all in', but good to remember that it can be just too much information. Good wisdom.

Also like "don't expect too fast, it takes about two weeks". That's the same with most things. With cardio, it's about two weeks before you start feeling the training effect. With guitar, I always need to spend 10 days to 2 weeks with something before one can truly internalize it (cross-picking, chord scales, etc.). More good wisdom.

I think everything will take about 2 weeks to digest.
Yes! Don't expect too fast! Just be familiar with anything (material) and don't question too quick! Try not ask answer too fast either.

Tomo, regarding cleaning and "too much to do"...let not your heart be troubled over this. Break it down into five minute chunks. Straighten and clean for five mins then go do something else for awhile, then come back in and do five mins, etc. You might be surprised how productive this can be.

Any topic I would stay 2-3 weeks. Especially transcribing solo.
