Hi Sammi, so nice to hear you enjoyed it my video too :) Jiayang, Kurt, Ken and Tomo too. I am also getting so much enjoyment from all this Guitar Wisdom and really learning a lot with every lesson venture. I am hooked on foundation where I am embracing and rebuilding my entire stance with guitar, revitalized and super happy. Tape lessons sound cool with all the assignments, 115 tapes!! is like a Britannica of guitar wisdom. Years of foundation for you Sammi listening in the wings, sweet memory to share. My sisters listened to me play for hours from the other room, Lovely times from their peanut gallery let me tell ya. ;) More fun with the groove and R37 for sure!! I like being fluid to not tensing up, greater release that way.

It would be great to hear from other members and their R37 progress too, it is a solid foundation to build upon for sure, I am on it!! :) Thank you, - johno

Very cool Jiayang, I think it is very important to learn the 2&4 properly and once again, slow pace. The 40 bpm is the trick. How pe your Metronome is working out good for you. This is such a great one to practice with each session. Practice keeps building and building with the essentials; Am still doing the chromatic too :) keepin' on it! Good stuff, - johno

Guys , These day I being practice Bluse bass line learn to metronome , here is lessonhttps://tomovhxtv.vhx.tv/videos/ft-practicing-with-a-metronome
And find this part is really deeply , and not easy to do , first is I really easy to make string noise , the muting technique is
hard to do . second is , when change the position , pick shifting is easy wrong for me . I don't have good bar sense , easy to forget where I am .
And think these supplement course is nice , Thank you Tomo to making these lesson , really helpful Sir .

Try iy again for two times.

Now you can try it a little faster on every beat like this and set a metronome on 2&4.

Have tried recording several times , and try concentrate and not to look the actions in the screen ( when I want to check the screen , can't count the right bar )...

But is still so happy to share this part , some struggles about the recording process :)

Nice job. That is a really long time to keep the groove going so consistently. I practiced along with you on my big black 347.

Good job JiaYang!
Your rhythm is very steady with a metronome tempo and your chords are so clean!

Next thing you can think and feel about duration of notes.
This is very hard but you can try a little shorter duration etc.

Sounds really good!

You're very welcome! Noy exactly staccato but it could be a little bit shorter.
This part is very very subtle yet very very important to notice the differences.
