Thanks! Yes have watched this one before. Couple things I forgot like when r37 strumming volume 7/8 vs single note playing can go closer to 9. Tone all the way I remember that for enhanced dynamics, can hear everything so really important to set the sound like this on the guitar.
The tone on amp good reminder not to focus too much on the number but more use your ear to hear when the sound changes, can use open b string while turning the tone control. Going to try that on mine to see I have the tone at 5 right now. No reverb when practicing too.. I’ve been sneaking reverb in lately will turn it back off. Thanks

Yep! Trying to stick to that instruction when working on my exercises.

I'm trying to work on the first week November Challenge stuff, particularly the Chromatic fingering exercise. It's very difficult for me to forget tempo after all those years of having tempo be so important, but i understand why you suggest this. I am getting overwhelmed with trying to keep posture in mind, thumb position, where i am striking the strings, palm muting 5 & 6 etc whew. The details are tough!

I also think I need a different chair to play in. Besides the gaming chairs, do you have any recommendation of types of chairs best for playing with good posture? I have a Roc n Soc drum stool with adjustable height and back support.

I'm working to forget tempo for the moment.

My goal is to complete the November Challenge in January and February. I am aware that I am like a bad doctor. I have no patients! I'm trying to change this. This approach is good for guitar and life at the same time.

Also, I tried the drum stool and it's much better! I had been sitting on the edge of my comfy living room chair and it was killing my back and making my leg fall asleep. I need to rearrange some stuff in the studio so it can be my normal chair for all guitar activities.

I am going to take a little break for a bike ride, then come back and work again.

I didn't knew much about amps, I started learning around 10 years (have 44 now) with my father and for a long time I only play with classical nylon guitar, later when I started with electric I was mostly using multiefect pedal with phones or speakers.
I just found out the importance of the amp recently and its here to stay! Now I have 2 tube amps! One at home for practice and one at my studio to record and rehearsals

Very good to hear this. I appreciate this video as what a clear 'hot dynamic' Amp sounds like. Great recorded sound in this video too. Tomo, demo is extremely clear and dynamic, extremely clear. It seems to be a perfect match setup guitar output to amp. Also, everything that Linda mentioned applies. The amplifier response is like no other I have heard, sweet guitar soloing ear candy.
