1) Your eyes ... too much on the fretboard! You can look at the fretboard here and there but first you need to look up more and decide what to stare at ... so you can focus not looking at all the times. This has to change! Otherwise your level stays same even if you practice many hours! Not quantity... quality!
2) Too fast!
3) Do Re Mi (Don't look at your finger and use only first finger!)
4) Your picking technique (to everyone) can improve more!
Do not use any pivot point from your wrist & your palm,
So move your picking position toward a front pickup.
Then you can use your palm muting. This process is not easy but I recommend 300%!!
5) You can change direction of triads in many choices.
Do not memorize any patterns.
I listened a few times!
This is super duper fast!
I never practiced this fast!
