This 8: 10 , I practice triad C major , Vertical horizontal , and same in electric guitar .
I practice acoustic guitar at morning .
My practice plan : chromatic exercises , alternate picking technique , Method book , R37 groove , triad , Blues bass line with metronome .
Yes , now I 'm practice with guys :)

When I record myself, I notice noises and bad form that I wasn't aware of.
Tomo wrote in his book that it would be good to record it once a week. I'd like to try that.

This is so nice Clay! Good job practicing restraint and patience. The "basic" stuff is actually quite deep, so please take as much time as YOU need. You are doing a lot of tedious work now so that things will feel "smooth" later. I am glad to hear you are feeling progress each day! I understand the system with movable Do, my concern is if it will get in the way of learning the notes on the fretboard because when learning the fretboard, I'm thinking in the Latin note Do Re Mi Fa and not C D E F im always translating to Latin notes.
Maybe i should stop doing that and use the English letters for the notes. I can do that quickly but its always more natural for me to think in Do Re Mi.
This note names have a very direct relation to the note in my language and its very confusing to think in Do Mi So if im playing Sol Si Ré 😅

Maybe other Latin based language users have the same issue with this, for me it made me think I should only learn triads in the C Major until i learn all the notes in the fretboard. Only later move to other keys but not sure if its wrong

To recognize the pitches (colors)
