Thank you Tomo. This is so very helpful. I will rewatch and internalize over and over. When you speak of string height how high should they be again? I have not learned yet to put my stings on. How do I adjust string height? I will put in my search in guitar Wisdom to look for answers. I like the attention to detail definitely not boring to me. When you said everyday you play 10 mins it's different and never the same, this reminds me that nothing is the same everyday, not our moods, our thoughts, our good or bad hair days lol. Life is moving, guitar is playing in the background. Cheers have a great day.

Thanks Tomo - this has become a practice staple for me (every day, usually first thing), so totally appreciate new details.
The new MMBA has me really focused on dynamics. Unwound string (3) is much more difficult for me to stay consistent when playing soft. Also keeping "fast attack" while playing soft - sometimes I am almost scraping the string instead of plucking.

I go much softer... almost no sounds when I hear more string noise & finger noise.

Yes! I take my time to my first note becuase once I played... it done! So I am super careful not to play anything without feeling deeply! This a part of how to focus deeply with guitar!
