Tapped into something here.
Just closed my eyes and listened.
Thank you for sharing Lavoy.
Learning so much, grateful.
I like Kurt’s name for it, sounds right.
I love the weather around this time of year…good time to be cozy and warm inside…
Thank you LaVoy for sharing this! Sweet groove and melodic soloing! Tell me more about this. I love this chord progression myself! I would do limit playing area first so that I could dig in certain area more. For example up till the 12th fret. Only top 123 set strings or only 12 set strings. Only triads or only 4 note 7th chord arpeggios etc. For better reviewing purpose... you want to practice, play, record less than two minutes. So that it is easier to listen it back a few times (In general I want to listen back 3-6 times so that I really underdtand what's going on. Lovey chord changes! Keep working!
Try this pickup phrase. So La Ti .... Do Re Mi Fa So (from that key) Very popular phrase.
Do Re Mi ...La So ... is also pupolar phrase. Do Re Mi ... Do Ti La So...... so good!

Great advice Tomo. So helpful for those of us learning to solo.
Limitation is important!
I really love getting to know my Do- Re- Mi's in the key of C by using method book and trying to name EVERYTHING :-)
5 6 7 = G A B
1 2 3 4 5 = C D E F G
1 2 3 = C D E
1 7 6 5 = C B A G

Thank you Kurt! I love this simple chord progression. Definitely first all should do play whatever you play then if you want to improve then you need to limit some parts so that you can get your better results. I love using a good amount of limitation. 1) 2 minutes 2) Uptill 12th frets 3) Only top 123 set strings 4) Only 2nd string or 1st string (One String One Finger Approach with only Major Scale of that key. This is a great one! Do Re Mi = Money notes!
Great job! Wow! 74 days! Keep going!
Tomo
I know that level of work Kurt.
This makes me feel like I can get there too, thank you.
That is solid.
Deepest respect.
