When practicing the chromatic scale exercise on the 4th string, I find myself muting the 5th string with the tip of my left index finger. I’m wondering if Tomo does this as well? I still mute with floating my right hand as Tomo suggested. Curious to know. Have a great weekend!

Thank you Brandon for this muting question. Yes! I use my left hand first finger (Tip) to mute one string above and my right hand palm to mute 5th & 6th strings.
