Mr. Fujita, as you know I am working on picking without resting my pinky and ring finger on the pick guard, floating above the strings. I am going through the Blues section of the Guitar Wisdom book and working on the basic blues bassline shuffle. I find that because I am floating above the strings with my picking hand that I often lose track of where I am and hit the incorrect string quite often.
I am sure that this is part of the learning process, but I was wondering if you had any instructions for me on how to improve this?
