Tomo, I have a concern about my Stratocaster. Not sure if you can assist me or not.
I changed strings to 10-46 from 9s. When I did this, my bridge raised up very high. I released a bit of tension in the tremolo claw mounting screws attached to the the springs to level out my bridge like it was before. Do you think I need to switch out my springs for stronger ones to hold the tremolo?
Great question Scott! You can try to tighten the spring claw a bit so that the strings are in tune with 10-46 set. As I set the bridge stays at body of guitar. I don't think you need to change those springs.
