C would be called?
Also so when you spell chords it will be related to the chord and not the Key?
why?
because it is going to be apart of the key anyway with how chords are related to the key you are in?

Yes. This case, it's all about C Triad. C is root.
You can think it's key of C... but we only think about C triad so no need to worry about anything else but C triad here.

Are they saying b3 or b5 in relation to the Key or relation to the Chord?
