I have recently acquired my first seven string guitar. It’s an arc top and I really want to get deep into seven string solo jazz music on guitar. Do you think working on my fundamentals on guitar wisdom will help me even though I’m playing a seven string from now on? I would just negate the seventh string while acquiring information here and learn to use my seven lowest string with my teacher and then my own practice. Sounds like a good plan.?
Thank you Mathus. You can think a regular 6 string guitar with one more low (bass) string.
Definitely you can apply One String One Finger approach!
