Here is my first attempt at SR08, page 19, first part of Exercise One. I tried to pick softly. I know I need to spend more time practicing palm muting. I find it hard to palm mute only the first string when I play the C note.
Nice work Scott! I spent about 7 weeks on pp18-19 before I let myself move to pp20-21 - which is where I'm at now. I got a lot out of it.

Sounds so good Scott! Good job playing those 8th notes. Now you can work on your thumb position and use less pressure from your left hand. So maybe you should practice this without a metronome or / and play it slower tempo. Please keep going! So good!
