Hey George! Welcome back :)
Since you're returning to Guitar Wisdom and already have a strong musical background as a professional keyboard player, you may find that many of the musical concepts transfer over quite naturally. The guitar-specific skills and techniques may be where you need more attention.
As far as structuring your practice, everyone has a different approach. Some people enjoy having a detailed routine, while others prefer a more flexible approach. In general, though, Tomo will often say that 10 minutes per topic is enough.
Rather than worrying too much about planning every day or week in advance, it may help to first identify your priorities. Ask yourself:
• What do you really know?
• What can you play well?
• What needs improvement?
• What are your goals?
Tomo's questionnaire may help with those questions:

As you work through those answers, I'd suggest starting from the top with Essential Chords and making an honest assessment of where you are. If a topic needs work, spend more time there. If it's already familiar, move through it and continue on. You can use that same approach throughout the lessons.
And don't underestimate the foundational material. Theory, triads, rhythm, ear training, and technique often seem simple at first, but they're the skills that support everything else.
I'm also curious how others here structure their practice. Do you follow a weekly routine, rotate topics, or take a more flexible approach? Feel free to share what's working for you. We learn better together!
