It's true, you learn the song deeply when you transcribe. It hadn't occurred to me that this song is in 3/4 time.

Hah! Me neither - who knew it's a slow waltz?
Super cool! I want to do that!
It's cool that the first note and lyric match A!
Is that an F triad with b5 after? Modes? I forgot which one has b5....I need to learn more!
Thank you for sharing!
I will try to play it later Linda.
I don't *know* this song but I have early memories of watching and listening to the sisters play it on acoustic steel string in school.
Mini heat wave here inland of the bay area. I am practicing early morning and evening when the ac is off, worrying amp will trip the circuit breaker...not sure why I am worrying...just turn amps off, flip it back and continue later :D
Beautiful work Linda!
First place... please enjoy it!

Sunil, it's supposed to be a D major triad (1st inversion..."D" on top of an "A" on top of an "F#"). But my handwriting looks like prehistoric cave paintings. Still, I am now convinced that writing it out by hand is the way to go.
Ah, thank you Linda!
I didn't see the key.
I hope to follow your example!
All I know is Picasso was deeply inspired by prehistoric cave paintings, and the red ocher they used lasts 20,000+ years.
