So every time I pull up a new lesson I have to unmute. Is there any way to bypass that mute function-so I dont have to unmute every time

Not a big deal but if I'm bouncing thru a few - its kind of a hassle to have yo unmute every time

Hi George, I experience the same thing. The automatic muting is due to autoplay restrictions on browsers. After searching Vimeo's Help Center, I found that you need to adjust your browser settings or turn autoplay off in your account settings.

I turned off auto play in Safari- still mutes audio? when you say turn off auto play in your account ssettings- what account are you you referring to? browser account. Vimeo account?

for Safari, go to Settings - Websites - Select Allow All Auto-Play (on tomovhxtv.vhx.tv). That resolved the issue for me. Let me know if it works for you!

It appears that the cause of your difficulties is in your browser settings. Please try changing your browser settings to allow auto-play and "unmute" videos posted on this domain (tomovhxtv.vhx.tv).

If you are still having difficulties, please let us know.

Ok- I am turning autoplay on but see nothing about "unmute" setting??

Hi George,
I think there may have been a misunderstanding. There isn't actually a separate "unmute" setting.
The setting that resolved this for me was in Safari:
Safari → Settings → Websites → Auto-Play → Allow All Auto-Play (for tomovhxtv.vhx.tv)
Once I changed that setting, lessons began playing with audio automatically for me. Hopefully it does the same on your end. Let us know if you're still experiencing the issue after trying that, and we'll keep digging.
