Good job lowering your thumb! That must very hard to change. Plus your picking position really improved! Good job!
Very easy to play a little fast and grip your thumb deeply. Nice volume and good tone.
You need to sustain each note a little more longer so you can play this a little slower.
Dynamics part is good. You got softer.... but both hand timing should be tighter so please practice this with slower pace.
No need even count off... slower is better! Now you can watch other member's videos so that you can see the differences.

Way to start your rhythm before playing, I find myself establishing the rhythm after the first note rings out, something I'm working on. Great job!

Your posture is good! Your strap length is just right. Your playing is very smooth.
Personally I suggest to pick near the front pickup instead of around the middle pickup.
This means, you don't want to put your hand/palm on the bridge. I prefer floating style which can give you more freedom.
I think your tone is a little rounder sound which makes a little harder to hear any unwanted noise.
Your guitar tone is alway full 10? Please check on that part and raise more treble.
Overall performance is good! Your fingering movement is good too. Good job!
Just in case, you should play a little slower in general. Well done!

Thank you Ashish for posting your chromatic challenge video.
I really enjoyed reading your notes and a lot of details that you have been paying a lot of attention.

It's really nice pace and relaxed feeling. Your body motion is good too. Your picking position is also good!
When you are going up, 1 2 3 4, fingering is very smooth. When you are going down, as soon as you place your 4th finger,
you need to place 3 2 1 fingers on the fretboard so that you are ready to play. So you should play this part a little slower.
Very important point: You need to sustain each note FULL DURATION! Longer as possible. Good job! Well done!

Hi Ashish. Like you I sometimes do the exercise a little higher on the neck...it seems that first-fret-to-second-fret stretch is still something that I'm getting used to. That always seems to be where I get the most finger noise.

Welcome to our forum and thanks for your commitment and honesty! Yes! This forum is so amazing!
Everyone is communication each others. Encourage, sharing own thoughts each others. I love it!

Your overall volume and brightness are so good and ideal.
This past is very hard to teach and hard to understand by words.
When I teach Skype lesson, I teach this part: Amp setting (Volume & Tobe) and Guitar volume & tone setting.
If this part is not right.... then even someone practice many hours... it does not do much difference!
Ended up, you can be frustrated and go to REVERB and buy more effect pedals!!

Your fingering movement is good! Your normal picking volume, you can play slightly softer to start with.
Both direction, your fingering is so good! Good pace too. Your dynamics is so good!
I can tell your playing skill (so good!) over one year of your commitment made a huge difference!
Guitar Wisdom don't offer anything too easy (like Tabs & Backing Tracks like other online lesson sites) so someone could drop after one month or a few months. It is slightly hard to understand why I don't use tabs. This thread can teach other subscriber how important to understand why these simple foundation lessons are important than jamming!

To be honestly, I have two years frustrating, I try to work a lot for my guitar, but is there really no progress, just tabs and playing , mechanical foot tapping......But things is changing in TFGW, I start to feel guitar with joy , even though it's hard at first, but moving forward is so amazing, because is so real:)

Nice tone! Your posture is really good! Your strap length is so right! This part is not easy to understand it.
Thank you for your patient and understanding these details.
Your picking position is good (near the front pickup) as if you are playing acoustic guitar and this position
is similar that picking position is around the sound hole of acoustic guitar. Plus your shoulder can relax this way.

Overall your performance is very relaxed and so smooth.
Only thing I noticed, your picking can make a little less movement.
This part is not easy. So after you pick the note, please don't move away your picking position from the string.
Stay closer all the times (as much as you can) Little thing can make a huge different to your performance.

I am curious that do you own any tube amp? Something like... less knobs... Volume, Treble, Bass etc.
If it's new amp... Fender Princeton Reverb. Real amp can make your playing skills better faster!
Having one tube amp is amazing effective investment for your guitar skill.

Your performance is well done! (For steak I prefer medium rare!)

So glad you shared. You did have such a easy playing no fear approach.. one tiny detail I noticed is your thumb was creeping up from behind the neck. I think lower to the mid neck. You are a star. Keep rocking.
