Thank you, Kurt, I love this video. Someday, I will buy an AZES31, because my mini Les Paul is not as playable as the Ibanez. It's really heavy on the back end and slips off my lap, so I had to jury rig a strap that goes to the headstock on one end and higher up the back end on the other. Also, it has a very short distance from where my forearm touches the lower bout and where I am forced to pick, which is at the back of the last (24th) fret, not even over the front edge of the front pickup. That makes it hard to palm mute the 5th and 6th strings without contorting my hand, which is 8 inches from wrist to the tip of my middle finger. But I will get it eventually.
You are such an inspiration!
My kittens would LOVE to play with your jury-rigged mini Les Paul strap!
Or the box it came out of :-)

'Jerry-built' vs. 'Jury-rigged' vs. 'Jerry-rigged'
Imagine you are putting together one of those tall, many-tiered, carpeted structures for a cat, working with subpar tools and several improvised components. You succeed in getting the thing into something like its intended form only to be suddenly beset with a linguistic conundrum:
Is the structure jury-rigged or jerry-built or jerry-rigged?
Good question, despite whatever the cat says.
The important thing is not which word you choose to describe it, but how happy the box it came in is making your cat.
Richard, for what it's worth the AZES31 is super-comfortable to play in my opinion, and easy to get the right string pressure using Tomo's elbow technique.
Thank you Linda!

Ps : And cake pack rope , kittens will like that!
I use chopsticks + carton + inappropriate TV's pink gauze dress = like a castle bed with Pink for my cat Xing , when she goes in to play , the house just holdinging 20 second I guess ... Then the roof was apart ..😸
When Xing's house is rockin', don't bother knockin'!
I bet Xing and Cassiopeia and Coltrane would love jumbo floor to ceiling castles built by Richard:-)
