Week 4 day 5
Okey , I want to be honest to myself , this day I don't practice .
Maybe I have some trouble , so really need take the time
Is about last night sleep really late , almost about 3 clock , maybe stay in bed but my mind can't get peace , always moving .. Then next day my body is so heavy , mind is wonder , want to sleep all the time...
I try to hold my guitar, but is can ‘t stand when do chromatic then close my eyes ! I know is so terrify , and really really bad habit , but this time I know : Take good rest and sleep is important part in practice guitar and each practice .
But , So great this is the next day morning , Now is day5 a.m. I spend day 4 to understand this , and learn how to sleep will , answer is : Get early to you bad , then next you will get the energy .
My next step is sole the thing before very late night , then have enough time to make mind get peace .

I know exactly what you went through. We all have those tough nights.
Lack of sleep will make you feel terrible. Sometimes it is just hard to turn off your mind when you go to bed.
It helps me if I get exercise during the day.
I make sure I don't eat for a couple hours before bed too.
So important to remember how easy it is to get worn down if your sleep schedule is off.
Keep listening to your body.

·Do some exercise during the day
·Don't eat for a couple hours before bed .

That’s okay! We are humans and we need to have some rest when we are feeling a little tired!
So please don’t worry! This is “Challenge” that you do as much as you can and learn from all directions.
That’s so normal that if you went to bed ver late and thinking about many things! It’s best to go to bed early but when this happens… try not worry about anything because worry feeling will not do anything! I know it’s not easy.
Don’t worry! You are a great hard worker! Take it easy!

I do my body stretching and workout without any tools.
This helps to go to sleep a little faster.
