Have been practicing R 3 7 swing recently. Recorded myself and noticed I messed up the form in my first go around - I only played one bar of the IV and V chord before the turn around. I think I was a little distracted and not fully tuned in and thinking about form. Also, I may have been thinking about how I was muting with my left hand and was annoyed by the extra string noise. I guess a limitation could be focus on muting for each chord and not think about form and after I can mute consistently then only think about form? Was hoping for your thoughts Tomo and all. I have hard time reaching my thumb over the neck as well to mute that 6th string which can be annoying.

Good job Tim! Thanks for sharing this.
Your elbow should stay at same place. (Do not move your elbow)
Do you feel triplet feeling behind your rhythm?
First think about muting & strumming techniques. Then keep the form.
Maybe you can sing Blue Monk Melody over it so you can feel the 12 bars strong.
One more... when you go upstroke... you don't want to stop your hand movement.
So feel more triplet feel.
Tomo
Thanks for sharing Timothy - that's awesome! I get annoyed when that high E sneaks past my muting too! But it happens less and less. Let's keep going!
