PS, This performance... it was a little hard to play it really well. Because I just noticed about that amp (is not tube amp!) in the middle of this melody! I played a tube amp (Fender Deluxe) at our rehearsal....but this amp wasnot same one! So I had to focus not worry about that part!
I tried to believe this was a tube amp by my imagination!

Finally the reason I really got into this genre in the first place is actually because of a video game called Persona 5. It’s a great game - but the soundtrack captivated me before even playing the game. Acid Jazz with some rock elements. Hard not to love it!

had to watch it again. atkins seems so humble, gracious. man, i want to play like benson, lines or so cool flying down the freeway like miles in his ferrais.

i wonder what the context of this video is.
the talk show guy i remember on tv, he subbed in a lot, late 70's. atkins is the maestro, benson is the young one.
